Placement Questionnaire

Before you begin filling out our Placement Questionnaire there are a few things that you should know.

1). We do not place puppies in homes with children under 7 years of age.
2). You should not be renters.
3). You must have an extremely secure fenced yard.
4). We will only place one puppy at a time in a new home. (Otherwise, the puppies will bond more firmly with each other than with you.) 
5). The puppy cannot be left alone for more than 4-5 hours at a time.
6). Obedience classes are required - at least 16 classes or 2 sessions.  We can help you find appropriate trainers.
7).  If for any reason the puppy does not work out in your home, he/she must be returned to us (along with his/her AKC Registration papers and Microchip Registration papers).  An appropriate refund can then be discussed.
8) At least 2 visits are required before a puppy goes to its new home, with at least 1 visit including all family members.
